"The adoption of anti-crisis measures allowed Russia to one of the first to start recovering from the crisis", - told the Minister. According to Kudrin, the government anticipated that out of the crisis will start a little later. However, in June to May GDP growth was 0.4%, and in July - 0,5%. "Our security measures have worked, but not complacent", - Kudrin has warned colleagues in government.
